Rebuilt Ireland's national parcel tracking tool around the one question it wasn't answering: what happens next? Replaced 12 opaque status codes with a delivery timeline that tells people what to do, not just where their parcel is.

An Post — Login Exploration
Explored where mandatory login could increase account sign-ups without hurting conversion. Recommended against mandatory login in checkout — and identified Track & Trace as the stronger, lower-risk opportunity.
An Post — Digital Stamp
A feature request for multi-buy postage exposed deeper navigation and usability issues. Made the case to fix the foundation first — then introduced the new feature into an experience that could actually support it.
An Post — Accessible Form Fields
A systematic audit of the An Post design system found accessibility gaps in every form component. Rebuilt 12 components to WCAG AA standard, used Claude to handle criteria mapping and error copy at scale, and made accessibility a property of the system — not a per-screen checklist.
